Day One: Sound and Light Show upon arrival in Egypt

Our agent will be available to assist you with all entrance formalities and baggage when your family lands at the Cairo airport. The whole family will then be driven to their 5* hotel reservation in Cairo in a luxury air-conditioned vehicle, where everyone will check-in and unwind.

A uniquely creative and educational Sound and light performance illustrating the development of the ancient Egyptian civilization over the sand and Nile River will be presented to the whole family in the evening together with their tour guide. The family’s trip to Egypt is finally concluding, so everyone will have supper before checking back into their hotel for the night.

Day 3: Travel by air to Hurgada

After breakfast, the family’s Egypt vacation will continue as they ride in a private A/C vehicle to the Cairo airport where they will board a flight to Hurghada. When the family arrives, one of our employees will transport them all to a Hurghada 5-star hotel to check-in.

The whole family will get the day to themselves to enjoy the red sea’s magnificent splendor. The family will have their lunch and supper there, followed by an overnight stay.

Day Four: Hurghada Red Sea Snorkeling Adventure

The most coveted location The world’s biggest and most magical open-air museum is the Karnak Temple Complex. Through worship of the Theban Triad of Mut, Amun, and Khonsu, the complex was built over more than 1500 years, from the Middle Kingdom (c. 2000–1700 BCE) to the Ptolemaic Kingdom (c. 305–30 BCE). The magnificent Hypostyle Hall and the Amun-Re and Mut precincts are among Karnak’s most amazing structures. It is connected to the magnificent Luxor Temple by the glorious Avenue of Sphinxes.

Luxor Temple by Night

The magnificent Luxor Temple served as a venue for religious celebrations and the coronation of pharaohs. It was built in 1400 BC to host the illustrious Opet festival, which celebrated the restoration of royalty and paid homage to the Theban Triad’s three gods.

The Kings’ Valley

The Valley of the Kings, located in the mountain’s center and housing 63 rock-cut tombs dating from between the sixth and eleventh centuries BC, serves as the entrance to a new universe. The valley is a beautiful paradise full of the tombs of numerous renowned kings, including Hatshepsut, Seti I, Tutankhamun, and the whole Ramses Dynasty.

Temple of Hatshepsut

The holiest of holies. To commemorate her history, Hatshepsut Temple was carved into the Deir el-Bahari cliffs in 1479 BC over 15 years. It is a national treasure and is home to several amazing Amun sculptures as well as temples to Hathor, Anubis, and Amun.

Memnon’s Colossi

To preserve his memory and highlight the magnificent ornaments and carvings on his throne, Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386–1350 BC) from Quartize had his likeness cut into the Colossi of Memnon in 27 BC.

After lunch and supper on the Nile Cruise, the whole family will continue their 11-day family trip to Egypt by sailing to the legendary city of Edfu.

The Edfu Temple is one of Egypt’s newest and largest temples. It was created between 237 and 57 BC and honoring the deity of triumph and protection represented by the sky falcon, Horus. His eternal conflict with his wicked uncle Seth is depicted in mystical sculptures and decorations throughout the temple, which is mythologically themed.

After eating lunch, the family will return to their Nile Cruise and continue sailing to Kom Ombo. The group will next go with their tour guide to discover:

Temple of Kom Ombo

The Kom Ombo Temple is a unique twin structure that was erected in ancient Egypt in the Ptolemaic Period (“180–47 BC”) to commemorate Horus the Elder and the crocodile deity Sobek, who is regarded as the source of the Nile.

Abu Simbel Temples

Ramses the Great (1303–1213 BC) built the magnificent Temples of Abu Simbel in the third century BC to commemorate the Kadesh Battle triumph and the signing of the first written peace treaty. The yearly sun festival, held on February 22 and October 22 to celebrate the ancient Egyptian gods Amun, Ra Horakhty, and Ptah, is believed to take place at the first great pyramids. The second temple, which displays his love for his queen wife Nefertari, is about 100 meters distant.
