Tour Itinerary

Day One: Arrival in Egypt / Start Your Vacation

Start from Cairo International Airport and once you arrive, our company delegate will be your companion step by step till you complete your arrival procedures and the official formalities then we will transfer you to a 5* hotel by a private deluxe A/C vehicle to check in and relax. At night, the best atmospheric dinner cruise on the Nile River will be waiting for you among some of the captivating mesmerizing traditional shows and the local belly dancing and Tannura spin before we will drive you to your hotel.

Day Two: Giza Pyramids & Museum Tour

After having breakfast, you will be accompanied by your private tour guide in a modern air-conditioned vehicle to visit:

Giza Pyramids Complex

No majestic monument is in the world more glorious than the Pyramids of Giza. The complex contains the Great Pyramid of Cheops which is regarded as the last remaining ruins of the World Wonders of the Ancient World. Giza Complex was greatly established during the reign of the 4th dynasty and the site is decorated by three significant iconic pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Menkaure.

The Great Sphinx

The Sphinx is an ancient Egyptian sculpture that is made from a piece of single limestone. The statue was carved with the shape of an unfamiliar mythical many-headed creature with the body of a lion. It’s believed it’s the true symbol of length and wisdom and his head is dedicated to King Khafre.

The Valley Temple

The Valley Temple is seated as one of the most impressive features at Giza Pyramids Complex which was completely established during the Old Kingdom the main goal of building the Valley Temple is to host the mummification processes. In addition to the mummification and purification ceremonies, the site is also used as a funerary temple for rituals and religious festivals.

The Egyptian Museum

The Museum of Egyptian Antiquities is situated in the heart of Tahrir Square in Cairo and it acts as one of Cairo’s best wonderful monumental attractions. The site is an exhibition of the ruins and treasures dating back to different periods of Ancient Egypt history starting from the Old Kingdom to the Greco-Roman Period and the legacy of Nubia.

You will get back to your hotel.

Day Three: Travel to Fayoum and El Minya

In the very early morning, we will pick you up from your hotel by a private air-conditioned car and drive you around 60 km away from Cairo:

Faiyum

Once you arrive, your professional tour guide will take you to visit Lake Qaroun; the first natural lake in the world which covers around 53,000 acres of Fayoum Down. Then, you will move to the National Park of Wadi Rayan and enjoy Fayoum Water Falls, Gabal El Modawara, and the Wales Cemetery.

Have a delicious lunch then you will take the route to El Minya and upon arrival, you will check in 5* hotel to spend the night.

Day Four: Explore El Minya Highlights

After breakfast, you will be taken to the Necropolis of Tuna El Gabal; an ancient Egyptian archeological site that includes several glorious tombs such as the tomb of the priest Pet-Osiris, Ibis Catacombs, and Isadora Tomb which dates back to the 2nd century AD. After that, you will head to Al Ashmunien; an ancient city that belongs to Hermopolis including the open museum with two colossal sculptures with the remnants of the Basilica. Then move to Beni Hassan and enjoy the impressive rock-cut burial tombs that date back to the Middle Kingdom. Lunch will be proceeded then get back to your hotel in El Minya.

Day Five: Witness Tel Al Amarna and Assuit

You will be accompanied by your Egyptologist to visit:

Tel Al Amarna

an archeological site extends across the desert on the shore of the Nile River which includes the legacy and treasures of the city erected by Akhenaton and his wife Queen Nefertiti and you will enjoy the royal tombs and spectacular temples and palaces.

Then travel to Assuit to discover:

Al Muharraq Monastery

It’s located 327 km away from Cairo, it’s one of the best-preserved Coptic sites in Egypt where the Holy Family settled down for six months and ten days. Move to visit:

Meir Village

An old cemetery for the nomarchs of the City of Cusae whose construction started during the reign of the 6th dynasty and was completed in the 12th dynasty so it’s considered an Old Kingdom-Middle Kingdom grave.

At last, you will be transferred to Abydos overnight.

Day Six: Visit Dendara & Abydos Temple

Abydos Temple

Abydos temple is one of the most wonderful temples in Egypt which is dedicated to Seti I. The temple was constructed by Seti I and it was completed by his son Ramses II. Dendera Temple

Dendara is a largely Ptolemaic and Roman building whose construction started during the Greek Ptolemies and finished later under the Roman Emperor’s reign. Dedicating the temple to Hathor, the Ptolemies honored Hathor as one of Egypt’s most renowned deities.

We will transfer you to Luxor and check in a 5* hotel to spend the night.

Day Seven: Start Nile Cruise/ Visit Karnak & Luxor Temple

Breakfast then you will start your Nile cruise trip from Luxor by visiting the best-renowned attractions in Luxor East Bank including:

Karnak Temple

Valley of the Kings

Valley of the Kings is a huge grave site and it’s one of Egypt’s finest attractions along the west bank of the Nile River. The site was largely used for burial from 1539 to 1075 BC. More than 60 tombs for different kings and pharaohs of the 17th and 18th dynasties were discovered in the region.  The tombs inside the valley were wonderfully decorated and ornamented by the craftsmen of Deir El Medina as a preparation for the afterlife world.

Hatshepsut Temple

As it’s named “Deir El Bahari” is the most Queen Hatshepsut’s most prominent monumental contribution. Hatshepsut temple is a rare building project which was built with the assistance of the architect Senimut the main function of the temple is to honor the queen’s achievements and as a mortuary temple for religious purposes.

Colossi of Memnon

Two monumental stone sculptures are seated on the west bank of the Nile. Colossi of Memnon believed that they were the symbols of security for the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III which had disappeared for unknown reasons.

We will drive you back to your cruise ship for sailing and overnight.

Day Nine: Edfu and Kom Ombo Trip

Upon arrival at Edfu, you will start your trip by a horse carriage with your personal Egyptologist to visit:

Edfu Temple

This Ptolemaic monument is the most inspiring temple which was constructed between 237 and 57 BC. Edfu temple is devoted to Horus, the avenging son of Isis and Osiris. The grandeur of the temple is associated with its case because the building is still well preserved with all of its decorations and ornaments.

We will offer you a lovely lunch on the Nile cruise then you’ll board the Nile to Kom Ombo to witness:

Kom Ombo Temple

Situated at a bend on the Nile where the scared crocodiles crawled and basked on the riverbank in ancient times, the Kom Ombo temple is one of Nile Valley’s finest sited temples. The Temple has twin dedication for two local gods: the crocodile god Sobek and Horus.

You will return to your cruise ship and continue to sail to Aswan.

Day Ten: Trip to Abu Simbel Temples

Abu Simbel Temples

The legendary two temples of Abu Simbel are just like an unbelievable miracle which is located at the ending point of Upper Egypt across the southern borders. The site was erected by Pharaoh Ramses the Great between 1264 BC and 1244 BC. The whole site was named “Temple by Ramses, Beloved by Amun“. The main function of building the major temple of Ramses II is to commemorate the victory of the king in his wars and the other small temple was constructed to honor his own beloved Queen Nefertari.

We will transfer you back to your Nile cruise to spend the rest of the day onboard.

Day Eleven: Tour to Best of Aswan

Aswan High Dam

Aswan High Dam was the first step for Egyptians to enter the industrial age and control the Nile flood in addition to having a new source of wealth and power. The dam is 111 meters high, 3830 meters long and 980 meters wide and it had six turbines producing approximately 2.1 million kilowatts.

The Unfinished Obelisk

It’s one of the most impressive monoliths and the largest obelisk ever erected by man. The Unfinished Obelisk has a Greek design that was created from red granite in the 18th dynasty by the Great Queen Hatshepsut and it weighs 1200 tons.

Philae Temple

Philae was established on a rocky island between 380 BC and 362 BC by Ptolemy II and some other Ptolemaic rulers had added their contributions to the building. The temple was greatly constructed to become the house of worship for Isis.
