Beginning Your Heavenly Nile Cruise on Day One

Our tour guide will start by visiting the attractions of East Luxor as the group embarks on its five-day Nile Cruise trip in Luxor:

Temple of Karnak

From the beginning of its construction in the middle kingdom in 2000 BC to the Ptolemaic Kingdom in 30 BC over 247 acres of land, the home of the ancient Egyptian deities has always been the heart of religious life, with the only goal of worshipping the Theban triad. The Great Hypostyle Hall, many precincts dedicated to Amun-Re and Mut, as well as numerous shrines and pillars presenting the most incredible works of art and legends, are all located in the Karnak complex, the largest religious complex in the world.

Temple of Luxor

The Kings’ Valley

The captivating Hatshepsut temple, carved into the rocky Deir el-Bahari cliffs in the 15th century BC to honor the great god Amun and the incredible legacy of Queen Hatshepsut, is a divine symbol of allure and class that transcends the common meaning of architecture and offers a miraculous piece of art (1508-1458 BC).

Memnon’s Colossi

To shed some light on his remarkable accomplishments and history, the mystical twin statues of Amenhotep III (1391–1353 BC) were put back together after being destroyed by an earthquake in the Ptolemaic dynasty.

Temple of Edfu

The stunning Edfu temple, which dates to the Ptolemaic era between 237 BC and 57 BC, is one of Egypt’s best-preserved temples and represents the most amazing account ever recounted of how the powerful deity Horus slew the terrible desert god Set.

Temple of Kom Ombo
