Tour Itinerary

Day One: Arrive in Cairo and enjoy the Light and Sound Show

Our agent will be there to assist the family with any documentation needs and to carry the bags when they arrive at the Cairo airport. A private A/C vehicle will then transport everyone to their hotel in Cairo so they may check-in and unwind.

The whole family may learn about how the ancient Egyptian civilization sprang from the heavenly waters of the Nile River by taking in an exquisite sound and light display at the Giza Complex beneath Cairo’s starry night sky. The whole family will have supper at a neighborhood eatery before spending the night at their hotel in Cairo.

Food: Dinner

Visit the Giza Pyramids Complex on Day Two.

After breakfast, the whole family will go with their tour guide to explore:

Giza Pyramids Complex

One of the most fascinating historical sites in the world over the last 4500 years is the Giza Pyramids Complex, which is home to amazing structures like:

The Great Pyramid

The final of the seven marvels that Pharaoh Khufu’s vizier Hemiunu planned and constructed, the Great Pyramid, is still standing. It is 6 million tonnes in weight, 147 meters (481 feet) tall, and has a very intricate interior with mind-blowing chambers and passages.

The Great Sphinx

The huge Sphinx of Khafre, also known as Horus of the Horizon (2558–2532 BC), became famous as one of the largest and oldest man-made monuments in the world and a representation of strength and knowledge. It is the location of Thutmose IV’s dream stele, which has a lion’s body and Khafre’s face characteristics.

The Valley Temple

The valley temple was built during the ancient kingdom (2686–2134 BC) to execute mummification on the kings’ and queens’ remains.

The whole family will have lunch at a magnificent restaurant with a view of the Pyramids and the Nile before traveling to:

Step Pyramid of Saqqara

The great step pyramid of Saqqara was constructed between 2670 and 2650 BC according to Imhotep’s original idea, which had six steps that rose to a height of 62 meters, a one-of-a-kind funeral complex, and a sizable courtyard.

City of Memphis

Pharaoh Narmer established Memphis City in 3200 BC as the nation’s first uniting capital under the divine protection of Ptah, the deity of craftsmanship and the arts. The word “Egypt” has its roots in the Greek term “Aigyptos,” which was formerly used to refer to it. The city is home to some of the most fascinating historical and archaeological sites.

The whole family will return to the hotel in Cairo to spend the night.

breakfast and lunch

Day Three: Fly to Luxor after Seeing the Mystical Wonders of Old Cairo

After eating breakfast at their accommodation, the whole family will go with their tour guide to see:

The Egyptian Museum

The Egyptian Museum was opened in 1901 and now houses a large collection of antiquities going back more than 5000 years, formerly housed the finest treasures of ancient Egypt.

The whole family will have lunch in Cairo before traveling to:

Citadel of Salah El Din

Between 1176 and 1182, the Cairo Citadel, a floating celestial spirit, arrived and served as Egypt’s administrative hub for more than 500 years, up to the 1860s. This massive defensive structure houses several mosques and museums with magnificent Islamic architecture and ornamentation.

Mosque of Mohamed Ali

Built between 1830 and 1848 as a symbol of freedom, Mohamed Ali Mosque is a beautiful religious complex of historical value. It is home to some of the finest specimens of Ottoman architecture and was dubbed “The Alabaster Mosque” because its walls were constructed from white alabaster scraped from the enormous Giza pyramids.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

To shed some light on Egypt’s historical and cultural heritage from all eras, the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) was established in 2017. About 50,000 items from more than 5000 years are kept at the museum. 18 remarkably well-preserved monarchs and 4 queens who date back more than 4500 years may be found in the hall of mummies.

Market in Khan El Khalili

Built-in 970 AD, the Khan El-Khalili market is a golden open-air museum with the best illustrations of Islamic architecture and décor. It is well known for being the best place to shop and is also where the best local artists in Cairo call home.

The complete family will go to the airport in Cairo to board a flight to Luxor, where they will be met by their tour guide and taken to their 5-star hotel for the night.

breakfast and lunch

Day Four: Explore Luxor’s Wonders and return to Cairo

The whole family will have breakfast, check out, and then go in a private A/C vehicle with your tour guide to see:

The Kings’ Valley

Located in the center of a legendary hill for more than 500 years between the new kingdom (1570–1050 BC), Valley of the Kings is an unbreakable work of art. The valley is a significant cultural marvel that is home to 63 tombs that are packed with the most fascinating items, decorations, and jewels from the greatest figures in ancient Egypt, including Hatshepsut, Seti I, the whole Ramses Dynasty, and Tutankhamun.

Temple of Hatshepsut

The sacred temple of Hatshepsut represents the best in aesthetics, refinement, and beauty. Under the direction of the queen’s vizier Senemmut, it was carved out of the Deir el-Bahari cliffs in 1479 BC to serve as the epicenter of Hatshepsut’s royal mortuary cult, host the valley festival in the sanctuary of Amun, and develop into the most ideal illustration of ancient Egyptian classical architecture.

Temple of Edfu

The sole artifacts from the long-gone Amenhotep III funerary temple are two quartzite sculptures known as the Colossi of Memnon. Amenhotep III ruled Egypt from 1386 to 1350 BC.

After lunch, the complete family will go to:

Temple of Karnak

The Middle Kingdom (2000–1700 BCE) through the Ptolemaic Kingdom (305–30 BCE) produced the religious masterpiece known as the Karnak Temple Complex, which was built to honor and revere the ancient Egyptian gods. It is the largest outdoor museum and is home to the Great Hypostyle Hall, and several Amun-Re and Mut precincts, among other things.

The entire family will travel to the airport in Luxor to board a flight to Cairo, where they will check into a hotel for the night.
