Day One: Board the ship and see the attractions along the East Bank of Luxor
When you arrive in Luxor, you may begin your 5-day Nile cruise from Luxor to Aswan by meeting with a private tour guide to learn about ancient Egyptian civilization at some of the most well-known archaeological sites along the riverbank in Luxor East Bank, including:
Temple of Karnak
The Karnak temple is the most spectacular landmark in Egypt. It is the biggest temple complex ever constructed by humans and commemorates the accomplishment of countless pharaohs throughout history. On a 247-acre plot of ground, the Temple of Karnak consists of three major temples, many smaller walled temples, and several peripheral temples.
After that, board a 5-star Nile cruise for lunch and relaxation. We will take you up in the evening to enjoy:
Luxor Temple
The most significant event, the festival of Opet, was centered on the Temple of Luxor. The temple aimed to serve as a venue for the festival’s ceremonies, and it was mostly built by Amenhotep III and Rameses II. The purpose of the event was to bring the ruler’s divine and human halves closer together.
Return to the ship after the day and spend the night there.

The Kings’ Valley
The mighty Pharaoh Ramses II and the young Tutankhamen are among the monarchs of Egypt from the 18th to the 20th dynasties whose tombs may be found there. The tombs were fully furnished with everything a monarch may want in the afterlife in terms of material things. The majority of the interior decorations are still in good condition.
Temple of Hatshepsut
of the most exquisite and well-preserved of all the Egyptian temples. The temple was constructed on three levels, connected by two large ramps in the middle.
Memnon’s Colossi
Only two enormous stone sculptures of King Amenhotep III survive from a funerary temple that was once completely constructed. The sculptures are constructed from quartzite sandstone stones that were originally found in Cairo and transported 700 km to Luxor.

The Edfu Temple is the most well-preserved Greco-Roman structure in all of Egypt, and a “Play” depicting Horus’ victory over the malevolent deity Seth is painted on its walls.

Temple of Kom Ombo
The Nile is seen from the Kom Ombo Temple. With two entrances, two hypostyle halls, and two sanctuaries, this temple was partitioned into two separate temples.

High Dam at Aswan
At Aswan, a bridge across the Nile was constructed. Between 1960 and 1970, the High Dam was built, and its impact on Egypt’s economy and culture has been profound.
The Unfinished Obelisk
The biggest ancient obelisk that is known. Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC) placed the order for it, presumably as a companion to the Lateran Obelisk, which was initially located at Karnak and eventually transported to the Lateran Palace in Rome.
Temple of Philae
Temple at Philae to the goddess Isis of Love and Beauty. As part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign initiative, the temple complex was disassembled and moved to the adjacent island of Agilkia Island to safeguard it and other sites before the Aswan High Dam was finished in 1970.
