Tour Itinerary
Day One: Arrive in Egypt and see the Giza Pyramids’ Sound and Light Show
Our agent will be available to assist you with the papers and bags when the family lands at the Cairo airport. The complete family will then be driven to their 5* hotel reservation in a private air-conditioned vehicle, where everyone will check-in and unwind.
The whole family will go with their tour guide in the evening to see an amazing Sound and Light display that illustrates the development of ancient Egyptian civilization across the Nile River. The first day of the family Egypt vacation is concluding, so before heading back to their hotel for the night, the whole family eats supper at a restaurant in Cairo.

Day Two: Fly to Aswan after a family tour of Giza’s attractions
Following breakfast, the whole family will check out of their hotel in Cairo and depart with their tour guide to explore:
Giza Pyramids Complex
The greatest archaeological marvels ever produced, have been housed in this living wonder for more than 4500 years.
The Great Pyramid
The Khufu pyramid, built by his vizier Hemiunu in 2600 BC to serve as his ultimate resting place, is the biggest structure ever built in human history. It is built of 2.3 million limestone pieces that together weigh up to 6 million tonnes and have a height of 147 meters (481 feet). The king’s room, the great hall, and other sophisticated inner chambers may be found within the pyramid.
The Great Sphinx
The largest man-made figure on earth, the mythical Sphinx of Khafre (2558–2532 BC), was carved out of a single block of limestone in two and a half years to have the body of a lion and the face of pharaoh Khafre. In 1404 BC, Thutmose IV’s dream Steele was put on the front of the Sphinx.
The Valley Temple
The Valley temple is a magnificent historical structure that was built during the ancient kingdom (2686–2134 BC) to perform the mummification procedure on the 4th dynasty kings and queens.

The Cairo Egyptian Museum was established in 1901 to house the priceless and rare ancient Egyptian antiquities that stretch back more than 5000 years.
The family’s Egypt journey will continue when they go to the airport in Cairo to board a flight to Aswan, where one of our employees will check them all into a 5-star luxury Nile cruise for lunch and the night.

Day Three: Sail to Kom Ombo and Take in Aswan’s Wonders
The family’s vacation will continue when they join their tour guide and take a breakfast cruise before seeing more amazing Aswan sights like:
High Dam at Aswan
The Aswan High Dam helped bring about the industrial period in the 1960s by producing energy and containing flooding in Lake Nasser, one of Egypt’s major lakes.
The Unfinished Obelisk
The Unfinished Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC) was built to stand at the entrance to the Karnak temple and was intended to pierce the sky. It is 42 meters tall, weighs 1200 tonnes, and may be used to demonstrate the stone-carving methods used in ancient Egypt.
Temple of Philae
The Philae temple is a legendary treasure that demonstrates a thorough understanding of ancient Egyptian religious practice. One of the final temples to be constructed for the goddess of motherhood, Isis, in the Ptolemaic era (7th century BC), it is renowned for having preserved the earliest Osiris mythology.
The whole family returns to their Nile Cruise, where they will eat lunch and supper there as well as stay the night.

Temple of Kom Ombo
The two temples at Kom Ombo were built during the Ptolemaic Period (“180–47 BC”) to worship Horus the Elder and Sobek, the deity and Nile’s source. The temple is crammed with very important decorations that display data about the scientific and intellectual lives of the ancient Egyptians.
Temple of Edfu
The Temple of Edfu is an extremely important monument that was erected between 237 and 57 BC during the Hellenistic period. It contains a wealth of knowledge about the myth, language, and religion of that era. It was constructed on the site of the epic battle between the good deity Seth and the sky falcon god Horus, who represents protection and triumph.
The whole family will dine and spend the night on the Nile Cruise, where they will also enjoy lunch and supper.

Day Five: Take the family to Luxor’s attractions before traveling to Hurghada
The 8 days of family Egypt vacation will continue with breakfast on the Nile Cruise, check-out, and a stroll through the jewels of Luxor with their tour guide. They will see:
The Kings’ Valley
The Valley of the Kings is an archaeological and Egyptological treasure that spans more than 500 years, from the 6th to the 11th century BC, and is located at the base of a mountain. It has 63 rock-cut tombs. It has enthrallingly adorned tombs of several kings, including those of Tutankhamun, Seti I, Hatshepsut, the whole Ramses Dynasty, and numerous more.
Temple of Hatshepsut
The Hatshepsut Temple, which houses several amazing Amun sculptures and temples to Hathor, Anubis, and Amun, was fashioned out of the Deir el-Bahari cliffs in 1479 BC over 15 years as a tribute to her ancestry.
Everyone in the family will have lunch at a fantastic local restaurant before continuing their tour of Egypt with their tour guide.
Memnon’s Colossi
To honor Pharaoh Amenhotep III (r. 1386–r. 1350 BC), create the vocal phenomenon of Memnon, and keep certain embellishments and carvings on his throne devoted to his family, the Colossi of Memnon was sculpted from Quartize in 27 BC.
Sacred Complex of Karnak
The complex of the Karnak Temples is a living marvel that developed over 1700 years, from the Middle Kingdom (2000–1700 BCE) through the Ptolemaic Kingdom (305–30 BCE), to become the biggest religious center in recorded history up to this day. It honors several ancient Egyptian deities, including Hathor and Bastet, as well as the Theban triad of Amun, Khunso, and Mut. The complex is home to a magnificent Hypostyle Hall, a charming Avenue of Sphinxes that connects to the Luxor Temple, as well as other lavishly ornamented precincts.
Transferring to a 5-star hotel in Hurghada for supper and overnight will be the next step in the family vacation.

Day Six: Hurghada Sahara Safari
After everyone has eaten breakfast, the family holiday tour continues as they ride quad bikes through the eastern desert to the divine Bedouin village in the middle of the Sahara. Along the way, the family will stop for lunch, and when they arrive, they will all enjoy a delicious barbeque dinner and tasty drinks in a heavenly setting filled with the most magical natural scenes of the stars and the desert.
The whole family will take pleasure in their supper and stay the night at their Hurghada hotel.

Day Seven: Hurghada Red Sea snorkeling before departing for Cairo
After eating breakfast as a family, everyone will travel with our private tour guide to meet your snorkeling instructor. Your instructor will train and prepare everyone eligible for their snorkeling trip so they can see the underwater rich marine ecosystem of colorful fish and coral reefs found in the center of the Red Sea.
After eating lunch together, the whole family will go to the airport in Hurghada to board a flight to Cairo, where they will spend the night at a hotel.

Day 8: Wrap Up Your 8-Day Family Vacation and Return Home
Everyone will have breakfast on the last day of the 8-day family Egypt vacation before being driven to the airport, where the tour of Hurghada, Cairo, and the Nile will come to a close.
