Tour Itinerary

First day: Safaga to Cairo, stop by the Pyramids and the Egyptian Museum

Your Safaga to Cairo journey will begin with a pickup from Safaga port to Hurghada airport for a flight to Cairo. When you get there, you’ll meet your Egyptologist tour guide who will go on a journey with you to explore one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Ancient Egypt.

Pyramids of Giza

The complex is made up of the huge Sphinx, the Valley Temple, six smaller pyramids, and three large pyramids. The complex was built during the fourth dynasty, 2400 years ago.

The Great Pyramid.

“King Khufu” is the owner of the Great Pyramid. The only one of the three pyramids on the Giza plateau to have survived from the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World, it is the oldest and largest of the three. The great pyramid was created over the course of twenty years and is 147 meters tall. 2,300,000 stones were utilized in its construction.

The Great Sphinx

The Great Sphinx is the property of “King Chephren.” With dimensions of 73 m, 19 m, and 20 m, it is the largest statue on the entire globe. The oldest monumental sculpture that is currently known.

The Valley Temple

There is only one extant ancient Egyptian granite funerary temple on the Giza plateau, and it was used for mummification.

The Pyramids / Nile view restaurant will offer lunch before the group moves on to the following locations:

The Egyptian Museum

A unique collection of artwork from the past 5000 years is on view at the Egyptian Museum. The exhibition features more than 250,000 authentic objects, including a display of the gold, jewelry, and treasures that Tutankhamen collected and kept in his tomb for more than 3,500 years.

You’ll be transported to the Cairo airport in the evening to catch your flight to Luxor, where you’ll be met and taken to a 5-star hotel for the night.

Day two: Return to Safaga after observing Luxor Landmarks

After breakfast at your hotel, you will continue your Safaga to Cairo & Luxor tours by viewing Luxor sites and enjoy the company of your private tour guide to explore:

The Kings’ Valley

It is the location of the tombs of Egypt’s kings from the 18th to the 20th dynasties, including the renowned Pharaoh Ramses II and the young pharaoh Tutankhamen. All the material possessions that a monarch would require in the afterlife were present in the tombs in abundance. The majority of the tomb’s interior design has been preserved.

Temple of Hatshepsut

Of all the temples from Ancient Egypt, this one is among the most stunning and well-preserved. Three floors of the temple were constructed, and two large ramps in the middle connected them.

The Memnon Colossi

The sole remnants of an entire funeral temple are the two enormous stone statues known as the Colossi of Memnon, which depict King Amenhotep III. The statues are constructed from pieces of quartzite sandstone that were first found in Cairo and then transported 700 kilometers to Luxor.

After that, proceed to an island for lunch. As a result, your tour also includes a boat ride down the Nile River and visits to:

Temple of Karnak

The most spectacular site in Egypt is Karnak. It is the biggest temple complex ever created by humans. It stands for the culmination of the work of numerous generations of ancient builders and pharaohs. On a 247-acre plot of ground, the Temple of Karnak is actually made up of three principal temples.

After your two-day trip from Safaga to Cairo and Luxor, we will return you in a luxury air-conditioned vehicle to the Safaga port.
