Tel Al Amarna
It’s the ancient city of Akhenaton which was the ruling center during his reign. Tel El Amarna was constructed in 1363 BC when Akhenaton unified the multi gods into one god and ordered all the country to worship Aten, the god of the sun as a result, he moved the capital from Thebes to the new city of Amarna. Then move to visit:
Beni Hassan Tombs
It’s an ancient complex for burial tombs that was established during the reign of the Middle Kingdom of Egypt. Beni Hassan was used as a grave spot for some of El Minya governors and there are 39 genuine tombs discovered at the site which many visitors from all over the world come to witness.
Lunch is offered at a local restaurant then transfer back to your hotel in Cairo.
