Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Sound and Light Show upon Arrival in Cairo

Our consultant will be ready when the party arrives at the Cairo airport to help with baggage carrying and to complete any passport entry paperwork. Everybody will check-in and unwind at their 5* hotel after being driven there by a private air-conditioned vehicle.

Following the show, the entire group will return to their hotel for the night. In the evening, the entire group will travel with their tour guide to the Giza pyramid complex to see the magnificent sound and light show, which will tell the extraordinary story of how the ancient Egyptian civilization emerged along the banks of the Nile River.

Tour to the Pyramids, Saqqara, and Memphis on Day Two

The whole group will have breakfast together in the morning before traveling in a private A/C vehicle with their tour guide to begin their group vacation excursion.

Pyramids of Giza

Over 4500 years ago, the celestial Giza pyramid complex was formed from the dunes of Giza on one of the highest locations in Egypt.

The Great Pyramid

With a height of 147 metres and a weight of up to 6 million tonnes, the everlasting pyramid of Pharaoh Khufu (2609–2584 BC) was one of the tallest and biggest historical structures when it was built in 2600 BC (481 ft). In addition to the king’s room, the queen’s chamber, the great hall, and the enigmatic huge vacuum, it was principally constructed to serve as Khufu’s ultimate resting place.

The Great Sphinx

The magnificent statue of Monarch Khafre (2558–2532 BC) was sculpted from a sizable limestone block, giving it the appearance of a lion with the features of a wise and powerful king. In 1404 BC, it was given the Steele of Thutmose IV’s dream.

The Valley Temple

Beginning in the ancient kingdom (2700–2200 BC), the valley Temple developed to serve as the focal point of the mummification procedure carried out on the 4th dynasty’s royal family.

Day 3: Free in Hurghada.

Each member of the party will have the full day to themselves to enjoy the city resort as they see fit. The whole group will dine on breakfast, lunch, and dinner there as well as stay the night.

Day Four: Hurghada’s Red Sea diving

The party will have breakfast before setting off with their tour guide to meet the diving instructor, who will lead them through the heavenly, vibrant underwater riches of the Red Sea. Everyone will have lunch and supper there, and they will spend the night there in Hurghada.

In order to spend the night at their hotel, the gang will return there.

Temple of Karnak

The capital of ancient Egypt’s religious life was built between the beginning of the middle kingdom in 2000 BC and the conclusion of the Ptolemaic period in 30 BC. The Great Hypostyle Hall, the precinct of Mut and Amun-Re, and the Avenue of Sphinxes that leads to Luxor Temple are all examples of the largest components of ancient architecture and ornamentation that can be seen at Karnak Temple, which served as the Theban triad’s place of worship.

Day Seven: Explore West Luxor’s treasures

The whole group will have breakfast aboard the Nile Cruise before setting off with a tour guide to see:

Temple of Hatshepsut

In 1479 BC, the magnificent temple of Hatshepsut (1479–1458 BC) was built to commemorate her status as the principal priestess and wife of Amun, maintain her lengthy legacy, and serve as a showcase for the New Kingdom’s (1550–1070 BC) classical architecture.

The Valley of the Kings, which contains 63 tombs belonging to famous figures like Ramsess the Great, Tutankhamun, Seti I, Hatshepsut, and many others, was created as the celestial gateway of royalty for the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties in the new kingdom. The Memnon Colossi

Day 8: Take in the Sites of Edfu Temple and Kom Ombo

After eating breakfast aboard the Nile cruise, the complete party will depart with their tour guide to explore:

Between 237 BC and 57 BC, during the Greco-Roman period, the fabled home of triumph and defence of the sky falcon Horus was built. The most epic combat narrative ever written and the best-preserved shrines in all of history are both found in the Edfu Temple.

After returning to their Nile cruise for lunch, the group will continue cruising to Kom Ombo. Then everyone will go on a tour with their guide.

In order to commemorate Horus the Elder and the crocodile deity Sobek, the Ptolemaic period (180–47 BC) saw the construction of the twin Kom Ombo Temple, which has a very unique design.

The group will return to the Nile Cruise where they are now travelling in order to have supper and spend the night there.

Day Nine: View the Aswan Miracles

With their tour guide, the whole group will board the Nile Cruise for breakfast and the following explorations:

High Dam at Aswan

The magnificent Aswan High Dam was constructed in the 1960s to regulate floodwaters in order to generate energy, which brought about an economic revolution across the whole nation.

The Unfinished Obelisk

Hatshepsut was supposed to reach a height of 18 metres (60 feet), but during building, it was damaged.

In order to display Egypt’s legendary antiquities, this extremely important museum was constructed in 1901.

After eating lunch together at a neighbourhood restaurant in the centre of Cairo, everyone will go to:

The National Egyptian Civilization Museum

The renowned relics, which have a history of more than 5000 years, were on display at the NMEC in 2017. The museum is a genuine miracle since it can display the grandeur and magnificence inside the hall of mummies, which has 20 mummies, and throughout the 50000 items.

Mosque of Amr Ibn Al Aas

The Amr Ibn Al Aas Mosque was built in the heart of the city of Fustat in 641 AD, making it the earliest Islamic structure in all of Africa.

The Hanging Church

On one of the highest places in Cairo, in the third century AD, the holy church of the hanging church was discovered in the southern wall of the Roman citadel at Babylon.

Synagogue of Ben Ezra

In order to cast some light on the neglected Jewish tradition of Egypt, the magnificent Ben Ezra Synagogue was constructed in 882 AD.

Market in Khan El Khalili

Khan El Khalili’s golden, opulent boulevard, which seems like something out of a fairy tale, was built between 1382 and 1389 AD to serve as both the primary hub for retail activity and the primary meeting place for the best artisan workshops.

Day 12: Highlight Some of Islamic Cairo’s Attractions

The whole party will have breakfast, check out of their hotel, and take a flight to Cairo. Once in Cairo, they will check into their hotel and begin exploring.

The Salah El Din Citadel

A defensive bastion and the seat of the Egyptian government, Salah El Din’s amazing citadel was constructed on the highest point in Egypt between 1174 and 1848 AD.

After everyone has had lunch, you will continue your journey to:

Mosque-Madrasa of Sultan Hassan

In order to highlight the splendor and appeal of Mamluk architecture, which inspired the creation of the most opulent mosque ever constructed during the golden era of Islam, Sultan Hassan’s Mosque and Madrasa were erected in 1363 AD.

The Al Rifai Mosque

Al Rafai Mosque, one of Cairo’s most impressive mosques, is situated close to Sultan Hassan Mosque. It was constructed in 1912 AD to serve as the primary tomb for the Muhammad Ali dynasty.

Day 13: Visit Alexandria’s Magnificent Wonder

After everyone has breakfast, the party will go in a private air-conditioned car with the tour guide to see Alexandria’s treasures, including:

One of the seven wonders of the Middle Ages, the Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa were built in the second century BC by a single Greco-Roman family and include an incredible fusion of Hellenistic and ancient Egyptian art on three levels.

Pompey’s Pillar

The 33.85-meter-tall, completely granite great pillar of Pompey was constructed in 300 AD to house the general’s bones.

Citadel of Qaitbay

On the same site as the fabled lighthouse of Alexandria, the Islamic wonder of Qaitbey fortress was built in 1447 BC, right on the Mediterranean Sea shore, utilising its salvaged stones.

The party will have lunch at a neighbourhood eatery in Alexandria before continuing its journey to see:

The Alexandria Bibliotheca was built in 2002 to become one of Egypt’s greatest libraries. It has the largest collection of francophone books in the world, as well as a variety of art galleries, internal museums, and other amenities.

The party will return to their hotel in Cairo to spend the night there.
