Reservation Conditions

1. How Do I Reserve A Tour?

Please understand that the costs shown on our website are per person and that you may simply reserve your trip with us online. Your personal information will be kept completely private and used only for the reservations you have specifically authorized. To plan the ideal trip for you, we will carefully evaluate all of your requests and questions. You may easily get in touch with us by mail or phone; our reservation staff is always available to answer all of your inquiries and help you with the arranging process. Payment will be asked from you at the time of your booking so that we can begin your booking processes and prepare everything for you after organizing your trip and having everything ready to start the booking process. This payment, which typically equals 25% of the entire cost of your vacation, is based on the number of passengers and the need of scheduling your tour. By emailing you a secure payment link, which you can use to give us the necessary funds using any of your credit or debit cards, we make it very simple for you to send us your deposit. Additionally, we accept bank and Western Union transfers. So please feel free to use whatever method is most convenient for you to give us the deposit. Once we receive it, we will begin processing your reservations and send you a receipt through email. The names of your hotels and/or Nile Cruise, domestic airline tickets, the names and contact details of your tour guides, and the final tour itinerary will all be sent to you before your arrival. The balance of your money should be given to your tour leader when you arrive in Egypt. You are welcome to pay with cash or a credit card, however, there will be an additional 3 percent bank charge in this scenario.

2. Debit and Credit Cards

You may pay for your tour using a credit or debit card, but please note that there will be an additional 3 percent bank charge for each of them. Also, note that there won’t be a 3 percent bank fee for the deposit you will give to us, and you won’t pay more than the agreed-upon deposit. Please take note that any costs that are not included in your trip may be paid for independently, including international flights, travel insurance, tips for optional excursions, porters, and any other individualized costs. Because the majority of Egypt’s tourist-oriented stores, cafés, and restaurants take credit/debit cards, it is strongly advised against bringing a lot of cash with you as you may withdraw any amount of cash from any ATM in Egypt.

3. Visas and Passports

For entry into Egypt, those who want to spend their holiday there must apply for a visa. And some nations may receive their visas upon arrival in Egypt, others must obtain them in advance of their visit or they will not be permitted entry, while still, other nationalities can enter Egypt without a visa. For us to examine everything for you and inform you of the precise steps you need to follow, please let us know your exact nationality as it appears on your passport. If you want to learn more about each nationality and the states where they are exempt from requiring visas, you can also read our page on visas and passports. “Travel Visa for Egypt” E-Visa is another item that is available to many visitors from all over the globe, and it is a fantastic service that allows them to get their visa online without having to visit the Egyptian Embassy in their countries or wait in lengthy queues. Additionally, only certain nationalities are eligible for that service, and our in-depth essay will contain all the details you want on this subject. If you are permitted to pick up your visa at the airport, please be aware that it costs USD 25 per person and is readily payable in cash. As your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of your arrival in Egypt, you should also verify its validity. Before requesting an E-visa, it’s crucial to keep in mind that after you’ve paid the fee online, there are no refunds available for any reason. As your passport must be valid for at least six months from the date of your arrival in Egypt, you should also verify its validity. This is something you should keep in mind when applying for an E-visa since once you pay its fee online, there is no way to get your money back. We, as a travel service, can provide you with the essential basic information, but it is up to you to confirm with the necessary consulates or embassies the requirements that apply to your particular situation. We won’t be held liable for any expenses, harm, or losses that may result from your failure to get the required official documents.

4. Recommendations for Health

Before visiting any country, you should find out whether there are any health or immunization requirements. The WHO and the CDC have advised the following vaccines for travel to Egypt just to be on the safe side: mumps, rabies, shingles, chickenpox, hepatitis A and B, and influenza. However, it is not a huge deal to have particular immunizations or not while visiting Egypt. As opposed to this, there is no need to be concerned about traveling to Egypt.

5. Tour Costs

The tour prices listed on our website are quoted per person in USD, but please note that these are only suggested prices and not the final tour costs. Instead, you should get in touch with us first and let us know the precise number of travelers, the tour package you require, and the date of the tour. We will then check the availability and costs for you based on hotels and domestic flight tickets, and we will then provide you with the most reasonable tour cost. You should also keep in mind that the rates shown on our website are based on the cheapest airfares at the time of publishing, but the main element in deciding the final tour cost is the date you wish to take the trip. You should book with us as early as you can to lock in the cheapest price for your desired tour and to benefit from cheaper airfare fares since the closer your arrival date becomes, the larger the number of reservations may be, which will raise the cost of your vacation. There won’t be any additional costs, taxes, or fees of any type for any excursions that are included in the price of your tour after the final pricing has been established.

6. Providential

Please take note that the rates shown on our website are per person and based on sharing a double room with either a king-size bed or two queen beds, as per your preference. Standard accommodations in Egypt have twin beds, and because there are few rooms with a king-size beds, you must be explicit about your demands before we begin the booking process to be able to implement them. Please feel free to ask for anything you want if you have a certain bed arrangement in mind, and we will try our best to meet all of your needs. Please keep in mind that unique requests are dependent on availability and can result in additional extras. When you contact us to request a tour package, we will mention our selection of accommodations. Once you confirm your booking and choose one of our accommodation categories, we will check the availability for you and book a hotel in the same category. If there are special demands for an upgrade or if the class you have selected is full, we will let you know and wait for your choice. Bed and breakfast is the standard kind of lodging in Egypt’s cities of Cairo, Luxor, Aswan, and Alexandria; lunch is provided while you are on your excursions. You will have breakfast, lunch, and supper on board if you book a Nile Cruises hotel in Egypt. All hotels along Egypt’s coast, including those in Hurghada, Sharm El-Sheikh, El-Gouna, and Marsa Alam, are all-inclusive, meaning that you will get all three meals, as well as soft drinks and snacks. Each room and cabin at Egypt’s five-star hotels and Nile cruises has its luxurious facilities that make each visitor’s stay unique, such as a TV screen, air conditioning, a private bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, etc. The greatest amenities and facilities, such as the swimming pools, saunas, gyms, and many other beautiful services, are also available to visitors on board the many incredible hotels and Nile Cruises in Egypt. As a travel agency, we take a great effort to choose the finest options for our clients, and we always talk about these issues while making reservations.

7. When Natural Disasters Occur

Please keep in mind that sometimes, amenities at hotels, restaurants, and optional trips may be discontinued due to weather conditions, required maintenance, alterations, or upgrades. In the event of any changes, we will notify you in advance and you are free to proceed as usual. We will do our best to take care of the issue for you and find the best solution in case we have to cancel any of the included trips in the event of any natural catastrophes, like earthquakes, storms, illnesses, and so forth.

8. Shorthand terms

Here are the most crucial abbreviations that are widely used in Egypt’s tourism industry and that visitors need to be familiar with to communicate effectively:

Per Person, or PP

Bed and Breakfast, or B&B

B. Breakfast as a Meal

Lunch is the L. Meal.

Snack: Dinner Snack

A: Adult

Child (CH)

“Room Only”

Auto Catering

Half Board: HF

Full Board: FB

All-Inclusive: AI

9. Travelers with Medical Issues or Disabilities

As a reputable travel agency, we can assure you that we will make all of your travel plans in the best manner possible so you may have the ideal holiday in the land of the pharaohs. Travelers with disabilities are warmly welcomed in Egypt. Please let our operation team know if you or any family member has a handicap before confirming your reservations so that we may review the best alternatives for you and direct you toward the best things to do or not to do. This will help us guarantee that you have a pleasant and safe vacation. There are hotels and Nile Cruises in Egypt that are accessible for people with disabilities. However, please be aware that additional fees may be charged depending on your specific needs. Notifying us in advance of the full details of your impairment won’t stop you or anybody else from joining the trip with us, but it will enable us to take extra security measures to ensure the safety of everyone in your group. If you use any particular medications, please bring them along with your doctor’s prescriptions, since it is not always the case that they are available in Egypt under the same name. Please take notice that we will be completely upfront with you if we are unable to meet any of your requests, and we won’t confirm your reservation with us until we have informed you of the whole situation. You will then have the sole discretion to confirm or not. You should see a doctor if you have any pre-existing conditions, such as diabetes, cancer, pregnancy, heart problems, mobility issues, gastric reflux, or anything similar so that you can receive a medical clearance certifying that you can participate in the required tour. We are typically unable to provide you with the necessary medical advice, so it is up to you to evaluate the risks based on your individual needs and circumstances.

10. Restrictions on Smoking

The nicest thing about Egypt is that practically every location has designated smoking and non-smoking zones, allowing you to choose the accommodation that is appropriate for you. Even at hotels and on Nile Cruises, there are designated smoking spaces, as well as sections for kids and nonsmokers that are separated from the smoking areas and designed for sensitive passengers.

11. Special Requests

You are a remarkable guest, thus we love exceptional requests that let us know you aren’t a typical visitor but rather someone who searches out originality and passion everywhere he goes. We are willing to discuss any of your specific demands with you and will advise you as to which ones are advised and which ones are not based on our expertise in the tourist industry. For instance, you might want to take the sleeper train from Cairo to Luxor or Aswan to have this experience and to get a good deal, but we must warn you that this is not a wise choice because you won’t feel comfortable while you’re staying there and there won’t be much of a price difference between the train and the plane, especially if you’re traveling with kids.

12. Transfers

Any trip package we recommend includes transportation from and to the destinations included in our tour itinerary, so depending on the itinerary you choose, you may be moved in private vehicles, trains, aircraft, horse carriages, or Nile Cruises. For our guests to feel comfortable during their transportation from one location to another, we always select the most up-to-date vehicles. Of course, we also let them know how long each transfer will take far in advance of their booking confirmation so that they can get a general idea of the tour they will be taking and the vehicles we will use.

13. A Few Travel Advice

1. Reservations & Payments

Please understand that to make a successful reservation over the phone or online, the person making the reservation must be at least 18 years old and must read and accept all of our policies. This is to ensure that everything is acceptable for you and to enable us to begin the booking process. A deposit, which equals 25% of the entire cost of the trip, must be submitted to us as we shall say for us to confirm your reservation with us. We will begin the booking process for you depending on the date of your desired trip after we have received the money. By doing so, we will confirm that you are a serious traveler seeking a tour in Egypt. To complete all of your reservations properly, we need information from your end, including the items listed below:

Your entire names, first and last, as they appear in your passports.

Your birth dates.

Nationalities you are.

Those on your passport.

Your flight information for arrival and departure is “Number – Date – Time – Airline.”

We will need a copy of the payment receipt after you submit the deposit to us.

Your reservations will all be coordinated, and after everything is all up, you will be informed of all the specifics. As a result, we will send you your final tour itinerary along with a list of your hotel and Nile Cruise accommodations depending on the tour schedule you have booked, along with the tickets for your domestic flights. If we make a mistake, we must remedy it. However, if you make a mistake, such as by entering incorrect information in the list of our needs, please be aware that you are responsible for paying any expenses associated with fixing the error. To prevent this, please double-check the information you send us. It will also be crucial on your end to check the final itinerary we send you, as well as the details of the domestic flight tickets so that we can make any necessary corrections. Otherwise, you risk running into problems in Egypt while on your tour. Credit/Debit cards may be used to pay the necessary deposit, however American Express cannot. You may also use Western Union or our bank account to send us the needed deposit, depending on which option is most convenient for you.

2. Our Pricing Strategy

Since each season in Egypt has its costs, please take note that the prices listed on each of our tour itineraries on the website are quoted per person in USD $ and are guided prices. Of course, we must first check the number of travelers and the required date of the tour to be able to send you an offer for your tour package at the most competitive price. Please take note that the prices we indicate to you are based only on that event and cannot be compared with any other season during the rest of the year. We sometimes offer exceptional discounts during important events in Egypt, such as the sales on “Black Friday.” We strongly advise scheduling your trip as early as possible to get the greatest deal and ensure that it will be available. Once you pay us the needed tour deposit, you will ensure that the price won’t rise in any way. You also need to be aware that as our guided costs are based on shared occupancy with either a big bed, twin beds, or even three beds for two or three travelers together, your tour price will be significantly different from the one shown on our website if you are traveling alone. If you decide to upgrade your lodging at any point before your arrivals, such as to a suite or a room with a view of the Pyramids, the sea, or the Nile, a surcharge may be charged and will depend on availability. The most important aspect of our trip costs is that they include all taxes, so other than personal expenditures, you won’t have to pay anything more while traveling with us in Egypt. Each traveler has the right to inquire about any kind of information before booking any trip with us. We offer our visitors a complete itinerary with all of the information they want on what their tour covers and excludes.

3. Policy for Cancellations

After your reservation has been confirmed, if you or any other party members wish to cancel all or a portion of it, you must give us a formal request in writing that specifies your specific requests. The price will rise for the remaining passengers if one or more members cancel their reservation since we first quote based on the number of travelers and deliver the best discounts; if the number of participants dropped, the price will increase. If we have already begun the booking process and paid for the group booking, there may be fees that may be subtracted from the deposit we received from you, provided separately by the members who canceled or even paid with the remaining balance at the time the passengers arrive. Please read on to learn more about our precise cancellation policies for both the high season, which includes the Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter holidays, and the off-season. To read our comprehensive essay on cancellation policies, click here.

4. Modify the Traveler’s Name

Please understand that the name you provide us to book under must match the name on your passport and international ticket; otherwise, you risk not being able to take your vacation as planned and even having your travel insurance be ineffective. For us to make the required changes before your arrival and ensure that you have the trip you want, you must inform us right away if you need to change your name, such as after getting married. Please be aware that there may be extra fees (referred to as “Modification Charges”) associated with such revisions, particularly for domestic airline tickets, since it becomes more difficult to amend any ticket’s details after it has been issued. Some travelers give their nicknames to travel agencies in the mistaken belief that this is acceptable, but this won’t work in any domestic airport, and your ticket will be rejected because your name doesn’t match the one on your passport. You can easily avoid this by using the exact name that is listed on your passport.

5. Early Check-in or Late Check-out

Hotels in Egypt have set check-in and check-out times, such as a typical check-in time of 15:00 and a typical check-out time of noon. If your arrival time differs from this, such as if you plan to come early in the morning or depart late at night, it won’t be a problem at all since we will look into the best possibilities for you and provide you with a changed itinerary. We can add more tours and excursions to your schedule so you may have more fun, and we can also reserve more nights for you so you can recuperate. Another alternative is to request an early check-in or a late check-out based on your schedule. Please note that the price of any of the aforementioned offers will vary depending on the option you choose, subject to each option’s availability.

6. To Make changes to the itinerary after receiving the final confirmation,

Please be aware that we begin the booking process as soon as we get your confirmation of your reservation to ensure that everything will be completely ready for you, particularly during the busiest season. If you decide to add or remove any excursions from your itinerary because you changed your mind about a booking, our cancellation costs will be levied if the change is substantial and results in any cancellation within the steps we have already done. If the alteration is minor and won’t affect any of the reservations we have made, we will be happy to help you in any way we can and won’t charge cancellation costs, but there could be extra charges for the changes you want to make. The following are some of the most important changes that might result in a modification to the tour’s price or the application of our cancellation policy:

the cancellation of one or more nights of your vacation.

Changing the dates or times of your arrival and departure may result in a change to the tour’s overall program.

choose to delay your trip after completing the essential booking steps.

canceling a tour for one or more tourists.

Increasing or decreasing the number of excursions offered.

Please be aware that our itineraries are very adaptable and welcome all kinds of changes, so it is strongly advised that you let us know about any special requirements you may have before confirming the final form of your itinerary. This will give us the best chance to implement all of your requests.

7. Costing

As a travel agency, we have the authority to alter the costs of our unsold excursions at any time, including by raising the price to reflect any increases that result from A- The expense of domestic flights or the transportation of people as a result of rising fuel prices or the use of alternative energy sources. B. Taxable charges for the services we provide. C. The currency conversion rates apply to the travel packages we provide. If you have confirmed your reservation with us, we won’t alter the tour price for any reason and we’ll cover any additional costs that could be associated with it. However, if you haven’t booked the trip, the tour price isn’t guaranteed.

8. Included

Our overland tours consist of these:

All lodging as specified in your trip schedule.

As stated in your travel schedule, all transfers

Fees for admission as listed on your tour itinerary

meals as listed on your trip schedule.

All of the expenses that are included on your travel schedule for services and taxes.

You will have an Egyptologist tour guide with you the whole time on your excursions with us.

A pick-up and drop-off service are available from any location, including the Cairo International Airport.

9. Exclusions

Our overland excursions exclude the following:

Tickets for International Flights

Passport and visa fees.

Travel Protection

Any optional excursions are not included in your tour schedule.

personal costs or tips.

10. Denied boarding, missed transportation plans, and delays.

Please note that if the airline itself causes the flight we booked for you to be delayed or canceled, you must notify us right away so that we can determine the best course of action for you after verifying with the airline. In Egypt, flights may sometimes be rescheduled or delayed for a variety of reasons, such as bad weather, and we have no control over this. Therefore, in such circumstances, we will choose for you what is best to do and inform you immediately. However, if the delay or error is on our end—for example, if we dropped you off late at the airport and you missed the flight, or if we printed the wrong names or dates on your ticket—then we will be responsible for providing you with the appropriate compensations or refunds for our error. However, the most crucial thing to keep in mind is that you should never act independently without first getting in touch with us.

11. What We Owe to You

We consider it a formal request from your end to handle all of your reservations from A to Z once you pick us to plan the ideal trip for you in Egypt. We will initially assign you a tour guide who you may contact with any of your questions and requests. Once you and your necessary tour have come to an agreement and you have reserved it with us, he or she will make all the arrangements you desire, and our booking department will manage your reservations and fulfill all of your demands to the best of our ability. When we finish booking everything for you, we’ll give you all the information you need to know about your reservations, so if you want to change, modify, add, or remove anything, just let us know. We’ll check everything out and apply your requests if we think they’ll be better for you, but if not, we’ll be completely open with you and advise you on the best course of action based on our expertise in the tourism industry.

12. If you Have a Complaint

Even while we always do our hardest to ensure that your trip to the Land of the Pharaohs is unforgettable, there may be some unlucky circumstances that you encounter. If this happens, you should let us know right away so that we can take immediate action. You should immediately contact our reps, tour guides, and hotel management in each location with your concern since they are always willing to help. If your issue or complaint wasn’t resolved right away, please contact our local team, whose names and contact information are listed on your confirmed tour itinerary. If the problem is still unresolved, you should contact our office. “Kindly notice that there may be a delay in the reply based on the different time zones,” we ask. As it is our opportunity to take the appropriate steps in the time of the problem itself and your presence after that, it will be worthless, if you decide to delay your complaint until your return or anything similar, we won’t be able to help you by that time. Please be aware that Egyptian privacy regulations limit us from commenting on businesses that are not part of our booking party, but your input will help us avoid any establishments that don’t provide completely satisfying services.

13. Domestic Flight Luggage Allowance

For domestic flights, each passenger is permitted to bring a carry-on bag that weighs no more than 7 kg and a suitcase that weighs no more than 23 kg. This is the standard baggage allowance policy for most Egyptian carriers. If your luggage weighs more than the allotted amount, there will be additional fees depending on the additional weight of your baggage, which will be calculated at the airport and paid there.

14. Flight Information

You have a right to know all the details about your domestic flights, of course. Once everything is prepared for you, we will advise you of the airline we have reserved for you as well as the departure times and locations of each trip. Since this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, we let you know the available alternatives before reserving anything and first seek your consent if there is any difference between the current flight schedule and the established itinerary. Egypt Air, Air Cairo, Fly Egypt, and Nile Air are the airlines we use to book domestic flights, and the majority of them are members of the Star Alliance, which is in charge of finding alternate flights to accommodate schedule changes. Please be aware that all flights have a no-smoking rule, and that certain airlines may charge extra for goods like bicycles and musical instruments as well as recreational equipment like sailboards and golf clubs. Please let us know in advance if you want to bring any of the aforementioned products to Egypt so that we may make the appropriate arrangements and provide you with any information you might need.

15. Travel Protection

As a travel agency, we strongly advise using one before traveling to Egypt or any other foreign country as they should pay for any cancellation fees and make up for any lost or missed items. Of course, you should check the policy of your travel insurance company before traveling to know what is covered and what isn’t covered. Please understand that we will not be held responsible for any of your damages if you choose to go to Egypt without proper insurance coverage.

16. Safety Guidelines

The Egyptian government is taking the strictest safety precautions to guarantee that all of Egypt’s tourist destinations are well-protected and that nothing will interfere with visitors’ vacations there. The Egyptian administration, together with the Ministry of Tourism, has adopted the required security measures and has made use of any of the previous tragic incidents. That is not all, however, since it is our responsibility as a travel agency to choose the finest tourist destination that is very safe for our visitors and to avoid planning any excursions in questionable or unrecommended locations, particularly if doing so may endanger a visitor’s life. All of our trips are planned by the most trustworthy tour guides and expert drivers, so you can feel safe and secure the whole time. Of course, you can get in touch with us at any time, even while you are in Egypt if you have any concerns.

17. Children’s Holidays

The majority of Egypt’s tourist attractions are completely acceptable for visitors of all ages, making your children enjoy their excursions with us the most. Children have the same right to enjoy themselves as adults, which is why our tour guides are trained to deal with tourists of all ages. Here is our approach to children:

From 0 to 01.99: No Fees Throughout the Entire Tour

From 0 to 05.99: Cost-Free For the Tours that Don’t Need Tickets for Domestic Flights

For tours that call for domestic flight tickets, 25% of the tour price is due between 2 and 5.99.

From 6 to 11.9: You must pay 50% of the tour price.

12 and up: Must pay the full tour price as an adult.

Please inform us upfront about the number and ages of your children so that we can check on availability and prices and provide you with the best alternatives for your trip at the most reasonable tour price. This will help you and your children obtain the best tour pricing.

18. Exclusive Tours

All of the excursions we plan are completely private, however, for our Nile Cruise Tours, you may share your tour with up to six other people. We will let you know whether or not other people will be sharing your trip. You may choose to have a completely private trip from the beginning to the very end, but you must request this from the very first point of contact with us so that we can look into the prices and availability for you.

19. Privacy Statement

To ensure that our visitors feel completely comfortable during the whole booking process as well as during the actual trip, we place a great priority on protecting their privacy and personal information. Your names, passport numbers, and other personal information will be treated as though they were private information, and they won’t be utilized for anything other than completing your reservations. Your conversations with us over the phone, by WhatsApp, or by letter will be confidential, and neither your demands nor your inquiries will ever be used against you. Your personal information won’t be shared with any other businesses, and it won’t be kept on file for any potential future uses.

20. Documentation, Health, and Visa Requirements

When planning a trip to Egypt, one of the most crucial decisions you must make is whether to apply for an entrance visa in advance or to get one when you arrive. Once you get in touch with us and inform us of your nationality, we’ll examine everything for you to establish whether you need to apply for a visa in advance or whether one of our representatives can help you get one when you arrive. This can only be done once we know your nationality. You also must make sure that your travel-related documents are in order, including your passport and visa. It will be crucial for you to get all the information you can from our page on the passport, visa, and health criteria, which you can easily access by clicking the link “Egypt Travel Visa”. To help you get the most accurate information possible, our operating staff will be at your disposal at any time.

Cutting Your Vacation Short

Because everything has been reserved in advance and paid for to ensure that it will be available for you, we will not be able to reimburse you for the expenses of the remaining excursions if you are forced to return home sooner than planned during your trip with us. Your travel insurance provider may be able to reimburse you for the remaining fees for the services you didn’t utilize, depending on the specifics of your booking and cancellation. You entirely must get in touch with your insurance company when you decide to shorten your vacation so you may follow their instructions and gather the relevant local receipts to support your claim.

22. Guest Conduct

Visitors to Egypt are required to observe local laws and not interfere with other visitors’ enjoyment of the nation. You must respect the traditions and customs that are observed in Egypt, as well as in any other country you are visiting if we observe that your behavior is causing any type of distress, danger, damage to property, or annoyance to other people. If this happens, we have the right to immediately cancel your booking agreement with us. In such a scenario, there won’t be any reimbursements for your reservations or lodging, and we won’t cover any costs brought on by your actions. You shall be responsible for covering any losses or damages incurred by the owner of any properties that your activity damaged. You will be required to pay the entire amount of your damages immediately to the hotel management or the owner of any property you have harmed via your actions. You would be liable for any claims brought against you if you had declined to cover such payment. We won’t be held accountable for your behavior or that of any other visitors who aren’t related to the booking arrangements we or you made. Therefore, it is crucial to respect people in Egypt and refrain from intentionally ruining anyone’s trip or property.

23. Special Requests

If you have a special request, such as a destination you’d like to see, a dish you’d like to try, the food you’re allergic to, etc., you should let us know about it when making your reservation. For instance, you should let us know about your diet, the location of the room you want, whether you’d like a completely private tour or if it’s okay to share it with others, and so on. From our end, we will forward your reasonable demands to the appropriate vendors to determine which can be implemented and which are more challenging to implement. Please keep in mind that many of your particular demands will rely on the location that will be commissioning them. We want to make sure that you have the finest tour ever with us, therefore if any of your demands would ruin any aspect of your trip, we will let you know that this is not the ideal thing for you to do and propose a better choice. Please note that before we begin with any of your reservations, if you or any member of your party has a medical condition or a handicap that might influence the arrangements for your vacation, please let us know in full in writing.

24. Climate

There are many wonderful seasons in Egypt to have the ideal vacation you would want to have, but there are also other reasons that you certainly need to avoid, thus it is something extremely essential for travelers to check the weather in Egypt throughout the whole year. To choose the appropriate clothing to bring with you for the time of year you are visiting Egypt, you should also research the weather there. You should read our articles below if you want more specific information on Egypt’s weather, the ideal time to come, and what to pack:

26. Room Improvement

After you arrive in Egypt and check into the hotel that we reserved for you, you could wish to upgrade it to a higher category or pay an additional fee to receive a room with a stunning view. Of course, this can be decided when you arrive. Any time you desire to improve your accommodations, just go to the receptionist and ask them to take care of the appropriate upgrading procedures. Unfortunately, you may not be able to upgrade right away since most of them need reservations in advance, particularly during Egypt’s peak travel times.

27. Hotel & Resort Classification, number

There are hotels and resorts in Egypt that are 3*/4*/5* and 5* High Luxury. We will help you in doing this by giving you the tour price for each category, keeping in mind that we don’t accommodate 3* Hotels or resorts as they aren’t at all convenient for our special guests. Each category of them has its rate, and you can choose from them the best price that matches your budget. Prices shown for our excursions are for two people sharing a hotel, however, single occupancy is also possible for an extra charge.

To confirm your reservations and to begin the booking process, you must pay a deposit. The major categories of trips we provide are shown below, along with the needed deposits for each:

You may not be needed to submit us a deposit for overland journeys that don’t involve domestic flights.

You must give us 25% of the total cost of your vacation in the case of shore excursions.

You must additionally give us a 25 percent deposit of the trip’s total cost of your tour package does not include international airfare.

The deposit will be equal to 50% of the total cost of your trip if you want us to include your foreign airline tickets.

In Egypt’s peak travel season, we demand half of the tour’s entire price.

Please take note that we will begin the booking process after you provide the requisite deposit, and should you need to cancel, our cancellation costs will be charged. Through this link, you can see all information on our cancellation and payment policies.

29. Hotel Gift Cards

Most travelers who begin their reservations with us need hotel vouchers to confirm that we have made a reservation at a particular hotel for them. Regarding this matter, we would like to make it clear that there are only two hotels in all of Egypt that offer these vouchers. As for your reservations, as long as we have informed you that your hotels are confirmed and given you a list of your final hotels in Egypt, there is nothing else we need to do to confirm your hotel booking. If you’d like a hotel voucher to apply for your visa, there won’t be any issues since we’ll provide you a letter authorizing your request as well as a default hotel reservation so you can acquire your visa quickly.
