Tour Itinerary

Day One: Begin Your Exciting and Luxurious Egypt Adventure

When you arrive at Cairo International Airport, our representative will help you with passport control requirements, baggage identification, and portage. You will be taken by private A/C vehicle from the airport to your hotel for check-in. We will pick you up from your hotel in the evening to begin your exploration adventure in Egypt with a Dinner Cruise, then you will be brought back to your hotel for sleep.

Day 2: Explore the Ancient Egyptian Wonders in Cairo

After breakfast, you will meet your own Egyptologist tour guide to begin your discovery of one of the world’s seven wonders: the Sphinx.

Pyramids of Giza Complex

The complex consists of three major pyramids, six small pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple. The structure was built during the 4th dynasty, 2400 years ago.

The Great Pyramid of Giza

The Great Pyramid belonged to “King Khufu.” It is the oldest and biggest of the three pyramids on the Giza plateau, and the only one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World to have survived intact. The enormous pyramid is 147 meters tall, was erected with 2,300,000 stones, and took twenty years to complete.

Sphinx of Giza

The Great Sphinx is the biggest statue in the world, reaching 73 meters long, 19 meters broad, and 20 meters tall. It belongs to “King Chephren.” It is the world’s oldest monumental sculpture.

The Temple of the Valley

The sole extant granite funerary temple used by Ancient Egyptians for mummification on the Giza plateau.

After lunch at a luxurious Pyramids / Nile view restaurant, finish your day trip in Cairo with a visit to:

Step Pyramid of Saqqara

It is said to be the first large-scale cut stone building, dating back to King Djoser’s reign in Egypt in the 27th century B.C. The Saqqara step pyramid is composed of six steps constructed atop one another and is 62 meters tall.

Memphis City

It was King Menes’s first capital in Egypt, and it maintained a strategic location between Upper and Lower Egypt. Memphis was said to be guarded by the deity Ptah, the god of creation and art.

Finally, we will return you to your hotel for the night.

Day 3: Indulge Your Inner Explorer With Old Cairo Attractions

After breakfast, check out of your Cairo hotel and meet your private tour guide to finish your luxury trip in Cairo by seeing some of the top Cairo tourist destinations such as:

The Egyptian Museum

The Egyptian Museum has a remarkable collection of art dating back 5000 years. Nearly 250,000 authentic ancient Egyptian items are on display, including an exhibit devoted to King Tutankhamen’s wealth, gold, and jewelry collection, which was kept in his tomb for over 3,500 years.

Lunch will be provided at a local Cairo restaurant before visiting:

Citadel of Salah El Din

Salah El Din Citadel is a majestic fortification that served as Egypt’s center of government until the 1860s. It was built under the reign of Salah ad-Din. The building began in 1176 and was finished in 1182.

Mosque of Mohamed Ali

The mosque was titled “The Alabaster Mosque” because the majority of the walls were composed of pure alabaster and were built between 1830 and 1848. The Mohamed Ali Mosque is a copy of Istanbul’s Blue Mosque.

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization

The National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC) is a heavenly doorway leading to Egypt’s everlasting treasures that date back more than 4000 years and were discovered on the hallowed land of El Fustat in ancient Cairo, Egypt’s first capital during the commencement of the Islamic period.

Bazaar Khan El Khalili

Your luxury vacation in Egypt would be incomplete without a visit to Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, the oldest and most renowned in the Middle East. It was built around 970 AD, the same year Cairo was founded.

At the conclusion of the day, we will bring you back to your Cairo hotel for the night.

Day Four: Get Up Close and Personal with Aswan’s Historic Treasures

Enjoy your breakfast before checking out of your accommodation and being transferred to Cairo airport to catch your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your tour guide and will continue your Egypt luxury vacation in Aswan by touring the lovely Aswan tourist sites, beginning with:

High Dam of Aswan

It was erected over the Nile River at Aswan between 1960 and 1970, and it has had a tremendous impact on Egypt’s economy and culture.

The Unfinished Obelisk

The old world’s biggest obelisk. It was commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut (1508-1458 BC) to accompany the Lateran Obelisk (originally at Karnak) and was eventually moved to the Lateran Palace in Rome.

Temple of Philae

The temple of Philae is devoted to the goddess Isis of Love and Beauty. As part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign initiative, the temple complex was demolished and transported to neighboring Agilkia Island, preserving it and other monuments before the installation of the Aswan High Dam in 1970.

At the conclusion of the day, we will bring you to the 5* Nile cruise to check in and enjoy your lunch before spending the night on board.

Day 5: Marvel at Ramses II’s Majestic Temples

Early in the morning, enjoy your breakfast boxes before joining your own tour guide to see one of the most historically significant sites in the world:

Temples of Abu Simbel

The two Temples of Abu Simbel, with their distinct architecture, are regarded as ancient Egypt’s greatest. The Temples are rock-cut temples created during King Ramses II’s reign around 1200 B.C. The first temple is dedicated to King Ramses II, and the second to his loving wife Queen Nefertari. The sculptures and artwork that adorn both temples are breathtaking. This temple has hand-carved pillars, wall murals, sculptures, statues, and much more.

Return to your cruise ship for lunch and overnight.

Day Six: Visit the Edfu and Kom Ombo Temples.

Enjoy breakfast aboard the boat before sailing to Kom Ombo and visiting:

Temple of Kom Ombo

The Nile is seen from the Kom Ombo Temple. This temple is split into two temples, each having two entrances, two hypostyle halls, and two sanctuaries.

Continue sailing to the following destinations:

Temple of Edfu

Dedicated to Horus, the Egyptian god. Edfu Temple is Egypt’s best intact Greco-Roman temple, with a “Play” depicting Horus’ victory over the wicked deity Seth on its walls.

Have lunch aboard the ship, then sail to Luxor, arriving late at night and spending the night on board.

Day Seven: Stroll Through Luxor’s Ancient Treasures

After breakfast, depart and leave the luxurious Nile cruise. Then, continue your excursion with your own tour guide by seeing Luxor tourism spots such as:

Temple of Karnak

There is no more spectacular location in Egypt than Karnak, which is one of the top Egypt tourist sites. It is the greatest temple complex ever constructed by man and marks the culmination of many generations of ancient builders and Pharaohs. Karnak Temple consists of three major temples, many smaller enclosed temples, and several outside temples spread over 247 acres of land.

The Valley of Kings

It is the ultimate resting place of Egypt’s kings from the 18th to the 20th dynasties, and it contains tombs of pharaohs such as Ramses II and Tutankhamen. The tombs were well-stocked with all the material items that a monarch may want in the afterlife. The majority of the ornamentation within the graves has survived.

Temple of Hatshepsut

It is one of the most stunning and well-preserved Ancient Egyptian temples. The temple was erected on three levels, with two large ramps connecting them in the center.

Memnon’s Colossi

The sole remnants of a full funerary temple are two huge stone sculptures of King Amenhotep III. The sculptures are built from pieces of quartzite sandstone found in Cairo and transported 700 kilometers to Luxor.

During the trip, lunch will be given at a luxury Nile view restaurant, followed by transport to the picturesque Hurghada city and check-in to a 5* hotel for the night.

Excursion to Hurghada for Snorkeling on Day Eight

Take advantage of the wonderful warm weather in Hurghada by going snorkeling in the Red Sea, appreciating the spectacular colors, strange forms, and psychedelic patterns as you examine the fish, coral, and plants.

Day Nine: Set off on an epic desert adventure.

A guided safari excursion in Hurghada provides an unforgettable experience. Cross the mighty sand dunes by quad bike, explore the mysteries of a traditional Bedouin village and learn about their life and traditions, ride a camel and witness the amazing sunset view with a barbeque dinner, mineral water, and soft drinks, and then watch the stars by night while driving back from the Bedouin village to your Hurghada hotel.

Day ten: Relax and unwind by the Red Sea.

Free day to have fun and relax while exploring Hurghada on your own. In Hurghada, spend the night.

Eleventh Day: Fly from Hurghada to Cairo

Enjoy your breakfast and afternoon before checking out of your hotel and being driven to Hurghada airport to catch your flight to Cairo, where you will be welcomed and brought to a 5-star hotel for the night.

Day 12: The Final Day of Your 12 Days Egypt Luxury Vacation
